From the second we walked in, everything was perfect! The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure every little detail was taken care of. They truly made our stay unforgettable!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely wonderful—so friendly and attentive. Our room overlooking Bryant Park was fantastic, and the location couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the daily complimentary treats, like coffee, wine, and mulled cider. And oh, the bed was unbelievably comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud! Highly recommend this place!

We loved the convenient location! We stayed from Saturday night through Sunday and were pleasantly surprised to find street parking right in front of the hotel—Sunday made it easy. The rooms were even nicer than we expected, though the... bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Overall, a great stay!
